We had a great experience walking into this place for an auto loan. They were very courteous and professional. That was until the loan was finalized. Once we bought the car, we have been ignored and mistreated. We received a letter that says we have not shown proof of insurance even though my wife had them make a copy of her proof of insurance. She brought the proof back and had them make another copy. Then we received another letter. I can almost never get in touch with the Assistant Branch Manager. It took until the third letter (final notice) to get in touch with her, when she promptly assured me she would get a hold of the insurance agency and get this handled. Until tonight when we received a letter saying they had purchased insurance for us "at our expense." I now have to take time off of work tomorrow and my wife has to cancel plans she had mid-day to hold their hands and make sure they finally get the proper paperwork done so we are not charged for insurance we cannot afford on top of the insurance we already have, which they have lost two copies of. Stay away from this place at all costs. I've heard great things about credit unions, but this is not one of them. The name of this place is a sick joke. If anything, I've had a harder time staying "in touch" with them than with any other customer service department.

I have found the staff to be very friendly, including Eric. I have been with InTouch as a customer for 17 years (various locations). I do admit there are some ways in which expediency of service can be improved.
