I have already made my payment 4 months ago, but the agency still shows my ticket open on my credit report and caused a big drop on my credit score. When I tried to call their number to clarify the fact. The customer service was really arrogant and impolite. Not offering any helpful solution at all. Asking me to mail all my proof of payment to them (This is just a third party payment collecting agency), simply because they didn't receive updates from their client (IN THE PAST 4 MONTHS!). And she's even not sure how long it takes them to receive a fax. In a word, the agency is not professional, doesn't work closely with their client.

Super hard to work with. Refused to fax proof of payment. Rude on the phone. Just rude in general. I paid a bill that we weren't even aware was unpaid. Truly thought is was paid a couple of years ago, but it showed up on a credit report.
