Flagstar Bank in Allen Park, MI

Everytime I walk in I'm greeted with smiling faces and people who say hello not because it's their job, but because they are genuinely friendly people. They are always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I've visited many other flagstar branches and without a doubt, this is the best by far!

Without a doubt, the best service I have had from any bank. The staff is so outgoing and friendly. I typically keep to myself and don't chit-chat when visiting businesses, but I enjoy the staff here so much I can't help myself. They go out of their way to help with my needs and I seldom have to wait more than a minute or two. I too have been to other branches over the past four years and always find this branch to be the most genuine and helpful. I can't praise the staff enough, something this perfectionist often has problems doing at other businesses.
