What a disappointment this branch of RVCU is. I just joined this branch a few months ago. I joined thinking that a smaller credit union would be a nice change. WRONG!!! I have continuously dealt with the same rude teller each time. I even had the displeasure of talking with her on the phone, same bad attitude. I believe that she needs a good training session in proper CUSTOMER service, phone manners and perhaps a change in profession. She clearly doesn't value her customers. I will be discontinuing my membership with RVCU promptly. What a waste of my time.

I actually loved the Lowell Branch and when we moved to Grand Rapids even kept going to Ada branch. HOWEVER there is NO way we can make it between 9 - 5. Saturday mornings don't work. Very sad that we had to change credit unions due to your banking hours. We have two friends who have done the same thing - changing credit unions. Just thought you should be aware that this is costing you customers - it was a nice place to belong to. Should really reconsider having later hours on at LEAST one night!!!

I love the Lowell branch. I do a lot of night deposit I don't like the new Ada branch for night deposit. It's to confusing.

I have been banking here for 22 years - checking, savings, mortgage and car loans. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and efficient in responding to my inquiries. Most of my requests have been handled over the phone. Highly recommended!
