Negative 5 stars would be more appropriate. Morgan Camplin has got to be the most unprofessional person we've ever worked with. For three months, she dragged on the approval process, lying about what she had been doing (the appraisal wasn't ordered for WEEKS after she said it had), ignoring us for days and days on important deadlines, asking for stuff we've sent her multiple times, pushing the closing date multiple times (and forgetting when that date was). She kept pushing us aside, saying "oh I have class tonight but I'll get back to you tomorrow" she never gets back to you when she says. We had to go to her office to get in touch with her when she wouldn't answer calls, texts or emails. She went back and forth on things, saying this will work, this won't work, and making an excuse as to why she didn't know things she should as a mortgage broker. She kept promising things so we kept working with her, and at this point it was too late to start over with another broker. So we trusted her. There was more than $15,000 on the line - she totally disregarded that, as well as the fact that she dragged 4 peoples lives through the mud for 3 months to have what happen? The loan was declined. Due to her inability to communicate, to be honest, to do math, to do her job. What a circus. The list of issues goes on. Jumping through millions of hoops (and asking other people to do so as well) and wasting 3 months of our lives is one thing, but missing out on a great investment opportunity is another. As far as I can see it, Morgan owes us. DO NOT use this company

They denied us on our closing date. Basically dragged us along and had us pay for inspection and what not just to say no the day when were supposed to get our keys.
