Terrible customer service, horrible company. They ran a debit instead of a credit on my account for about 2K. It has been 4 months since I requested my money and nothing was done. They keep saying that they would call me back and nobody does. Stay away!

RUN from these people. They are rude, difficult to work with and held over $60,000 of my money for more than 2 years. I charged over $2 million with them over a 1.5 year period and can't believe how I was treated. It's easier to just use other companies. Glad I had multiple merchant account providers so when they shut me down for charging too much I could simply switch to my other provider. I suggest you have multiple providers as well.

I can not even describe my frustration with this company. I used their processing service for about 6 months. They had told me at the start that they would have to hold 10% of my gross monthly income from my business because it was a high risk account. I agreed to that on the terms that they would review my account in 3 months and stop the 10% hold as long as I had a low charge back risk, which I did because they told me multiple times it was very low. I called to cancel my account in July and was told the full 10% would be deposited back into my account within 30 days, two different people told me this. After I didn't hear from them, like both account reps had promised I would, I called and was told a completely different story about how the money would be released. I have tried contacting them about 10 times with voice mails and emails. This company has a total of $70,000 of mine even though I cancelled my account and told me today they would release about $5,000 a month. This is a complete joke of a company, I do not recommend doing business with them!

Barb I initially was very pleased with the convenience for my patients, and the ease of payment. I am now semi-retired. Now the monthly fee often exceeds what I am putting through as charges. When I called the closure department today, I was on hold for quite a while. I then got a very unenthusiastic gentleman who put me on hold two times and then disconnected me. When I tried to contact them on line, I received an error message that would not let me submit. So I resourced to sending a letter via US Postal Service to hopefully get this account closed.
