KeyBank in Lincoln, ME

This branch in Lincoln is awful! Everytime I go there they say sorry- you have to call the 800# to get that answer cause we dont have anyone here who can help. The manager offices are always dark so you cant even get help there either. What is the point of having a branch when they cant even help you- Very glad we have now switched our business to a bank with a branch with employees can actually assist you or at least have a manager on duty who can Best part when I told them they would lose our business they didnt even care- THANKS!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Lincoln branch of Key Bank. The tellers are friendly and the Branch Manager is very professional and helpful. Key may be a national corporation but this branch is like a friendly small town bank to me.

Had to get a boat to go to the bank to withdraw some money.

I also have nothing but praise for the staff at the Lincoln, Maine, branch of Keybank. When the Millinocket branch closed I was all set to move my business to the remaining bank in town. However, the professional staff in Lincoln worked with me to understand how I could make "long distance banking" work. Since that time I have found it has all worked like a breeze. Also, I have had several unusual situations that arose in my finances and they were always able meet my needs and in some cases make suggestions that led me to better solutions than I had originally chosen.
