I have to call in to pay my loan each month--it was never a problem when it was First Niagra. Since it's been Key Bank, it's been a nightmare. I call and the automated message states it will take 1-3 minutes. I have never gotten through in less than 20 minutes, ever. The automated options are a disaster and it takes 5 minutes to just be "transferred" to a customer service rep--but then you wait on hold for 20 minutes minimum. This is a joke!
