Atlantic Federal Credit Union in Cumberland, ME

I was very impressed with the knowledgeable, courteous, and overall friendly staff at the Cumberland branch. I have never waited for long before receiving help. I have both checking, savings, and I also got a small car loan through them, which they walked me through every step of the way. They even gave me a book containing useful information on how to effectively pay off debt (since I had some debt from college). They turned off my account once due to a suspicious transaction, and while I know a lot of people would find that inconvenient, I felt reassured knowing that they stopped a possible fraudulent charge to my account. I simply called them up and they informed me of the situation and reactivated my card. The online banking couldn't be easier to use, just don't forget your password! It is nice going into a business and feeling like the people there care about your financial well-being and don't see you as just a $ sign.
