I have been a Key bank customer for 5+ years and have always had great customer service from them. I have delt with 3 other corporate banks- Bank of america and TD Bank, and key has been the most willing to work with me in resolving problems. in response to the other persons review, every single bank will charge a fee if you go into the negative. your account will not go 200,000 into the negative because the transaction would be BLOCKED. How embarrasing would it have been to fill your gas tank and then have your debit card declined at the register? You should be thankful they saved you the embarrasment!
