The ppl are friendly....as they should be. Its customer service but the wait time to sit down with someone is ridiculous. Only 1 person at a damn desk. They need to do better.

I cannot believe this branch Manager name James Philips was so disrespectful ,and rude also being Racist to me. I had questions about charges in my account so the person who helping was confuse about the charge so she called ManagerJames Philips who put his phone on timer by telling me if timer get 20 minutes of his time by explaining me what happened on my account and he will charge me $20 for explaining to me why my account was charge That's was so unprofessional who does that? who talk to customer like that even put timer on wow. He is new manger at tech Rd. Everyone in that branch are very nice there but him. Thank you Adia brown assistant Manager who so nice to help me. James was so rule and by being Racist like Donald Trump we don't want that kind of Manger at Secu because secu is the better place to bank but we do want this white man being rule, Racist etc.

The bank is very small. does not have a drive-through ATM. I feel like I'm going to get robbed. The one ATM inside the door is always broken. Every other visit the ATM is broke!

It's close and tellers are great two stars for this reason only but lines and wait time is too long should hire another for drive up window
