These people are the absolute bottom of the barrel and it shows. You sit on hold after going through its lackluster automated system and it simply hangs up on you! Same thing if you call them direct thus skipping the automated system. I tried this four times before I got fed up and stopped trying. These people make the Johns Hopkins Credit Union look like Chase Manhattan by comparison.
