This was a great bank when it was Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union (MCTFCU). They were very friendly and worked with members in various aspects.. daily banking.. loans and general questions.. Since they were "bought out" by ESFCU, this place has gone to the dogs. I have heard of banks being so quick to charge you fees for everything and its a shame that a "credit union" now has a "big bank" complex. If that the case I might as well bank with a larger company and get the perks of being billed for everything... If there were negative stars to give, they would have gotten negative stars.. DO NOT bank here unless you want a headache.

Beside the app not working; this bank so far as attended me with good service so far. I have not been charge with everything. I give it at least 4 stars.
