BB&T in Poolesville, MD

i have a joint account i was not able to cash a check the teller not told i could not do it because it was under my husbands name i told her i was able to it before and thats why were are both in the account the lady name cara i believe she was sooooo rude she ignored me while i was trying to ask her why i was able to it before and she just walked away and let me sit the for a while i was able to talk to the manager i was not upset about not able to cash the check i was sooo upset how rude this person was to me. never had a problem with my prior bank i swicth to bb&t because its close to me.. i have had this account only for 2 months bill payment is so so slow my mortgage payment was late because of that! will never recommend..
