Generally, I have always had a wonderful experience at this branch. However, today the general manager was in a bad mood. The teller, Jasmine, provided superb customer service and smiled through an uncomfortable encounter. My sister now has the money she needs for school in AZ. Thanks Jasmine!!! Be patient with Mrs. Hardy, she still has a lot to learn obviously.
