I would give you a five because he really helped me but he never returns my calls.... I was in Automotive Customer Service for 45 years AND if I never called my customers back....they would NEVER come back so I wouldn't get paid!!!

Awful. They could not give me a routing number. Even tho a routing number is PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE!! Just shitty service

Opened an account online, received a call from the main Wells Fargo call center that I needed to take a completed W-9 IRS form in to a local branch. Unfortunately I chose this one. First time going to this branch, only one teller on duty, I dropped off my form which includes my name and SS#. Received a call back from the main call center that my W-9 is not in the system after almost two weeks and connected me with the Lake Shore branch manager who would not say whether they had my paperwork or not... great. Asked me which teller I handed it to, I don't know/remember, it was first time there. If I went to a new supermarket and two weeks later you asked me who my checkout person was I wouldn't know either. Suggested I bring in a new filled out form, to what effect i have no idea. So now who knows where my personal information is.
