Wells Fargo Bank in Oxon Hill, MD

This bank is a wonderful bank , except we have a few staff people that are racist against Hispanic people. There is a skinny black guy .. .He is so racist , he treats you like you are garbage. He is very rude and he gets you checks and says he has deposited them and turns out he decides to deposit them in another account. That happened to me and after 3 days and me talking to the manager I got things fixed but the manager seemed like It was whatever. I HAVE TO PAY MY BILLS AND THIS GUY didn't seem to care , the manager or him never apologized for the inconvenience..... They will take their time and be rude to you .. and never apologize !!! I am not going to have that guy check my bank account anymore! as for the other employees , they are wonderful people !! ..

The 3 Black African American Female Tellers in this branch is definitely poor class and GHETTO. It's obvious that the Branch Manager cares very little about Customer Service opinion because nothing changes. I am a Black Female business owner who operates and run my own business and I personally would not hire any of these women they lack people skills; poor training and definitely lack BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. Gerrell is a young African American male Teller -- VERY PERSONABLE, dresses professional and mannerism impeccable always upbeat and smiling. As for the other 3 female black Tellers especially the long-haired weaved young girl she never ever smiles more concerned about her appearance always that sour look on her face. The other black female a bit plump (full-figured) sits on the end always keeps a stern mean attitude and mannerism on her face and the last light skinned black female no pleasantry's from her either. The young male Latino teller very nice. Forgive me I don't remember names as clear because I avoid all three ladies like a plague and would not have any problem whatsoever mentioning names but whenever you visit that Rivertowne Commons Wells Fargo branch pay close attention to the ATTITUDE EXPRESSIONS on these ladies faces -- its quite frightening and unpleasant. I only visit this branch out of shear desperation because of a time constraint otherwise its worth my time, gas and effort to drive over to Northern Virginia to do my banking transactions where the calliber of Tellers Customer Service is on a much better pleasant attitude and class -- not that ghetto personality and attitude. Black female Tellers.... be humble and grateful you have a job. More importantly be mindful and careful who you are serving. This could be your 'Undercover Boss' experience don't be so puffed up acting like the job and world owes you a job -- plenty of unemployed people out here would love the opportunity to sit in your seat -- you are not indispensable and easily 'replaceable'. GERREL (African American Male Teller) continue to do a GREAT OUTSTANDING JOB you always make my visit worthwhile and pleasant. I give YOU 5-Stars. Thank you!

I had a problem with getting access to my account because my wallet was Stolen. I had to go get a license from the MVA which would take 4-6 business days but for the time being the MVA provided me with a Paper license with out a photo. Wells Fargo would not let me get a Temporary card because of the Paper ID although I had other forums such as my social, and Work I.D aswell as the Temporary drivers license. I met with Marilyn the manager and she understood my frustration and had a debit card expressed shipped to me free of charge in less then 24 hours and allowed me to get the money I needed to take care of my bills. She was very professional the whole time even though at times I wasn't and stayed calm and even took the time from her busy schedule to talk to me and give me Solutions to how to prevent this type of issue in the Future.
