Scammy company sending letters intended to be misleading as if they were from Wells Fargo. Stay away. Even if they offer a good service, they do not deserve your business.

In an earlier review, I wrote that this was a scam. The company does have some issues, but I do believe they are trying to correct and improve them. Seldom does a company that receives a bad review contact the reviewer to find out the issue they had. A nice young man contacted me and explained that the time I had inquired about re-fi information, the office was shutting down for the holidays. I DID NOT know they would be shut down, which is a common thing for many businesses to do as the holidays approach. I suggested to the young man that steps be taken when a slow-down in activity occurs, to make certain clients or potential clients have notice of it. He agreed and I found him to be respectful and open. However, due to my current mortgage rate, compared to the rate offered, I did not do business with them.
