Credit Union Family Services Center in Marlow Heights, MD

I have been going to this Family Branch for over ten years. My experience lately has been horrible, because of this one teller name Ebony, she has been very rude/disrespectful and unprofessional, on multiple occasions. Every time she service me she seems to always have an attitude, she do things like roll her eyes, talk under her breath and mumble stuff to the other tellers. It has been so many times that I would go in the Credit Union and I can be at her window, she would be in the background chit chatting and playing around and I would have to wait until she is finish horse playing before I get serviced. This is how she acted over my deposit form not being completed one day and she toss the form back at me with an attitude. Therefore, I asked her was she having a bad day, and that's when she really started acting rude and disrespectful. She acts very childish and unprofessional which makes me feel very uncomfortable every time I go in there and I shouldn't feel that way under any circumstances.

The lines sometimes can be frustrating but the employees I've never had a problem with...I go here all the time because they are open later than my CU

Long line out the door , with only 2 to 3 tellers working

Very rude staff. Not helpful to people who need help. And the wait is always too long!

The staff is polite and friendly and they move fast get the customers in and out great job!!..keep up the great work
