Tower Federal Credit Union in Laurel, MD

One of the worst online banking systems I have ever used. On more than one occasion my account online has been locked and their 24 hour customer service is closed. Let me repeat that...their 24hr tower talk is closed after hours. How does that make sense? I have been yelled at by customer service and have been been provided the wrong information which then led to a late fee. I will never bank with them again

I Have 3 car loans and 1 condo loan with Tower Federal. No problems and if you get direct deposit through them you make it very easy on yourself to go online and make monthly payments. Website easy to use.

Had to use them to finance my auto loan for now. Very unhappy because even with the right information, I can't login to the mobile app, get into my account online, or even call to pay my bill. To be part of the "24 hour tower talk" you have to fax in an application! This is ridiculous, i don't like places that make it hard to pay your bill because you wonder what other traps are in place to get you with late fees

By far one of the best credit unions I hava ever deal with

I have been a Tower member for so many years now. I love this bank and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The people that work here really care about you and want you to succeed and do everything they can to help you. I was recently stuck in an awful car situation, where the dealer told me that I was approved for a loan with them when I really wasn't. They just wanted to sell the car. I was stuck in the worst situation, but Tower made it work for me. If it wasn't for them I'm honestly not sure what would have happened. So thank you so much to Matthew at the Laurel location, who got in contact with both me and the dealership. Also to Ginny and Shanice at the Arundel location for doing every they could to help. I really appreciate you all so much. Thank you for really caring for your customers.
