I was fraudulently charged $503 on April 15, 2016. I do not have an account with them. No business or connection whatsoever. What is going on here? It came from: CAPITAL ONE 1040 LARGO CENTER DR LARGO MD

Every time I go to through the drive through ATM and deposit money in, they never give me back my bank card or money! My money that I put in my account is not even there! And I have no card. It's happened twice. I don't know what goin on but they need to fix it

Last summer I visited this location to have a sit down with a rep to try to figure out why I wasn't able to link my Capital one checking to my Navy Fed account. The representative was very rude and unprofessional and had very little solutions or answers for my issues. She was so dismissive and critical that I literally got up and immediately walked across the street to Wells Fargo and opened a new account. I was greeted with a smile from a very professional young lady at Wells Fargo. They seem to know how to treat people when dealing with money matters. If you dont want to be treated like your in the way or like your somebody's problem then don't come to this location. Go to Waldorf. I haven't been back since this happened and I live 2 miles away.

The website has 18 different logins. The bank can't find all my accounts. They can't or won't LET ME transfer my accounts to a different bank. It's pretty simple. Chase did it in two weeks. Crapital one hasn't been able too in 7 months.
