There customer service is awful and every time I go in there there they are understaffed.

1st off I never use this account anymore but I've had it for over 10 years I needed to transfer cash to my PNC account up the street so I ask the girl at the counter what's the minimum I need to avoid a maintenance fee she looks at my account ask someone else and tells me 1k so I take out all the way down to 1050.00 and go about my business this was 4 months ago I log in today to make sure my direct deposits were going in and see I've been getting hit with 15$ maintenance fees for 4 months! Incompetent's at its finest at this branch, i could of got money from another account if that was the case. Now I got to try to get my money back from these fools!
