The staff at the capital plaza location is nice friendly and recognize you even if you not coming to see them they speak

Manager Michelle, really unfriendly looks like she doesn't like her job, being a lot of nice and excellent customer service people who really wish to work do not have the opportunity. Woodforest bank should do something about this. Thanks

Quick and convenient

Awful awful bank and I'm going to switch to another very soon. I have banked with them for a few years only because my family banks with them & it's time for me to part ways. I have been without a debit card for MONTHS now because of them, instead, they kept giving me hell/runarounds & I STILL do not have a debit card. Why does it take over 2 months just to have a card? Do they honestly believe people have the time/gas to drive that far, only to be told that they can't help you with your issue, but come in another day? Also, this ridiculous monthly charge for being broke (they clearly don't care for college students/young people) & another new monthly charge for a paper statement that I don't need. This bank & it's services is a huge JOKE. If you bank with them, I urge you to carry your business elsewhere.
