Bank of America Financial Center in Germantown, MD

The lady who sit in the second cubicle from the front door on the left gave really awful service. I was there at around noon on 02/05/2015. I need a print out of bill of sale to sell my car and to notarize it. She wouldn't do that for me and treated me like an annoyance. I went to another branch: Bank of America 17501 Redland Road Derwood, MD 20855 United States Not just Jhovany helped me with what I need also, She also helped me to get a loan to build a bathroom in my basement.

Customer service here is very poor. The receptionist is rude. Bank of America is okay if you never have to deal with an actual person. Don't even think about calling this branch because nobody will ever answer. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in touch with the branch manager multiple times but it's impossible. If you're going to use a local branch, use the Gaithersburg branch but I don't recommend the Germantown branch. I'm cancelling my small business account this week in favor of a local bank where people actually help you.

They have really long lines and their customer service is well below average. They tellers are rude!! Hey don't acknowledge obviously irritated guests and they almost always have only one teller working, even though there are people who could open up and help with the lines. It is so ridiculous here and I literally drive out my way to avoid this place.

It takes for ever to get anything done

Customer service is Okay... There are TOO MANY CUSTOMERS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND IT TAKES FOREVER... They send me to branch on Seneca Meadows (not a big deal)... Anyway... with BOA you get FREE Checking and $15,000-$20,000 credit cards. No other bank does that!
