Slow customer service. Waited over an hour to get my safe deposit box opened, and people that came in after me were taken care of.

Very slow customer service. You have to get ready to spend couple of hours if you visit the branch. I would not recommend to visit this branch for customer service.

One drive-through and two walk-up ATMs open 24/7. Plenty of parking. Sign on the window states that this location can complete Korean language business. I've only been inside one time, which was fine, most of my experience is with the ATMs which have been typically available with a short wait.

Every single BofA I visit makes me question my desire to live. This branch is no exception. 15 people in line on a Friday at 4:45, and only two tellers who rival MVA employees in their speed of service and general 'I don't give an eff' attitude. Seriously...management doesn't care that Fridays at quitting time are peak foot traffic. The only reason I'm a customer at all is I need to do instant transfers online to other BofA customers. FML.

I felt personally cared for by the agents. Although there was a long wait, the lollipops made it for bearable. 2 walk-up ATMs outside are available 24/7
