There service is good but there business hours are ridiculous because they close to early. Also they leave before its time to close the bank. That is not how you do banking or business.

I have been banking with BB&T for years just using a personal checking account. Recently I went for a large business loan and got it. Next I tried the investment side of things and loved their advice. Finally I needed a large car loan and yet again I got it. During all of these processes my four different contacts went well above the "NORM" and held my hand every step of the way! i will not bank any where else! Talk about a friendly branch, this is what you should picture.

The manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with any of the tellers and the service has always been fast.
