BOA would not refund my overdraft fees. They were charging me $35 for a $5 usage at McDonalds. I had been a customer for 14 years and I was an advantage customer as well. They wouldn't refund aforementioned fees and lost me as a customer. They have become large enough to where customer service is not a primary concern of theirs anymore ... it's sad.

Friendly and helpful, but nothing striking enough to really pull me over and make it my primary banking institution. This location is clean and not super busy though so if this is your bank do stop by.

They really need to hire more staff, clearly they cannot handle the drive thru and walk in business at the same time.
