My mortgage officer, Mr. Jacob Bryan, is fabulous! He was so helpful in the course of my loan application by explaining to me the process, the paperwork, and the fee, in details. Furthermore, Jacob made me understand mortgage terms that I struggle to comprehend. being a first time home buyer. He untiringly answered my questions, never sounded annoyed, even if my questions are sometimes self explanatory or already provided for in the paperwork. He answered my calls pertaining to my loan and returned my call, at once, when he is not available the time I called. My total experience with Academy Mortgage was a learning one mainly due to Jacob's compassion to a loan applicant, like me, and for his hard work.
