Terrible customer service on every occasion I've had the misfortune to deal with the people at this branch. Absolutely no manners, etiquette or desire to please their customers. I can't imagine where they find their employees or how the supervisors believe they are adequate. Please avoid this branch and probably m&t as a whole if you value your time and relationship with your bank in the least.

Poor customer service. I closed my accounts in March due to merging accounts with the wife. the rep only closed my checking and not my savings which caused service fees. I did call the cooperate office and the resolved my issue over the phone.
