NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER get a loan from this company! NEEEEVVVVERRR. I can't stress this enough. My fiance and I have been in the process of buying our first home in Bowie MD since November 2012. We began utilizing this company's loan service in January 2013 when we put in a contract for a house. We were warned there would be a lot of paperwork but when you send the same information in 3+ times for the same contract, it's a bit irritating to say the least. They also managed to send a lot of our personal identification information to an email that WASN'T our realtor, which might lead to identity theft later on because they didn't verify e-mail addresses. We also got screwed on what money we had available for settlement because the loan company told us to deposit gift money and after 60 days it would be good for settlement but it became questionable and not valid as settlement money (without that gift money we didn't have the necessary money to settle and had to scrounge for funds). Selling techniques include evasiveness, hesitations, and very little to no communication whatsoever. Loaners beware with this company.
