EXIT Mortgage LLC in Columbia, MD

Stay away from this company. Extremely slow and not trustworthy. I looked them up after being dragged through an incredibly slow process and discovered that they were found in violation of numerous Maryland lending laws by the Maryland commissioner of Financial Regulation. The settlement with the Commissioner's office confirms another reviewer's statement that this company's brokers are not licensed (or at least weren't at the time of the investigation by the Commissioner). Google it and make a decision for yourself.

I had a great experience. Exit Mortgage lowered my rate and my terms of the loan not only saving me money but the process was very fast and they kept me informed every step of the way. 5 stars to Exit Mortgage

I never work before with Exit Morgatge LLC but the loan officer Al Soumah was the one working with my client before we started looking for properties! I feel very disappointed with him! I spent months working with my client, I spent time and money because he assured me that he can get her qualified for an unbelievable amount. His lack of communication is the worst of all. I know this is just business but my client and I really trusted him.

Would give 1/2 star. Let's say this.. You are much better off renting else where. The staff is hard to compromise or very misleading. I wish I never sign a lease with them. Annoying staff. I would strongly advise home owners not to trust their home to this company. Saying they are property managers is a joke! Run away from them. Communication was poor. They were absent in the management and communication process. They were grossly unfair to us. If you are looking for a property management company I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

first off I would like to say that the people who are giving exit mortgage LLC a rating are full of it. one Christopher Harvison is a long time childhood friend of AL Soumah as well as he used to work with them. classy runner and Sharon are also close to them as well. Al soumah is a liar he has been lying to his clients for years. in his past he has a track record of jacking up the price. so he can pocket the rest he has defrauded many of customers. if you do a criminal check on him you will see that he has been locked up.
