HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had a problem w/ their ATM not giving me the correct change- they refused to help me at ALL because i didn't have an account there (insisted I had to call my own bank even tho it was their ATM) They straight up said I had to open an account with THEM or they wouldn't help me get my money! (you'd think charging me $3.50 to use their ATM would qualify me as a customer.....) I will NEVER EVER use another regal bank ATM after this horrible experience, I am just hoping my bank can help get my money or I'm going to have to get a lawyer......
