The outside atm barely works. Its a big problem when I have to drive around to different atms when I live close to this one

The worst experience ever since I have had navy federal.The staff very slow, I was waiting to print out my card over 30 minutes and the 2 females at the front desk could not tell me why was there such a long wait for just a print out of my card. Poor service.

This branch is not equipped to handle the number of consumers that it receives. I have been in here various days of the week and different times of day; and it never fails the line is out the door. Employees are in their office (Manager Sharon Glascoe) or cubicles, not assisting anyone. I'm not saying that they're not working but if you see that there are 30 people in line (literally), you would think that they would assist. #epiccustomerservicefailure
