I almost filled out an application to work and bank here until a friend of mine was treated horribly. Her and her grandmother are members and long story short, her grandmother has two mental illnesses. She needed money to get a new furnace and had her grandmother sign a check because she wouldn't be able to afford it alone.... They denied the Check for fraud!!!!!! Not only freezing her grandmother's account but hers! Now her grandmother is cold in her own house where she should be warm but she can't eat or have her bills paid! Thank you so much Andrews Federal credit Union..... For caring about no one but yourselves!!!! Stay warm and fed! If I could no stars I would!
