This location has the worst management establishment that I have ever seen. The office is like a chill spot for people who want to fake like they are working. I was supposed to receive a loan payment booklet after multiple requests but never received one. You don't get a billing statement in order for you to keep track of your own payments. So how are you able to track your bill? One of their representatives told me that all companies don't send billing statements...please what kind of BS is that. Their customer services SUCK!!! I had to ask to speak with someone that had better phone etiquette. They are rude as heck!!! Please do not waste your time with them. Hopefully it is just this location.
