If there was a zero star i would have given diego calderon and the washington home mortgage an absolute zero.First of all if you want proper response and anything close to a decent customer service find another company. It was a big ordeal dealing with this company.Even after promising hundred times the loan was easy and taking all the necessary paper work and asking us to do an appriasal the loan never came through.They made us pay for an appraisal and 2 days after that turned around and denied the loan.And the funny part is the appraisal guy never even showed up at the property.So now we have to fight that charge too.So this is a bunch of con artist trying to swindle you out of your hard earned money so that they can get a kick back from the appraisal.You cheat 50 hard working people this way and voila you have the monthly salary without no work. Even after leaving so many messages and emails diego never responded probably out of embarassment.Seriously i hope these kind of companies go under as fast as they come up so nobody else falls victims to such people.Do yourselves a favor take your hard earned money and go else where who can really get something done than just give you a bunch of empty promises.And yes i did tell diego on my last email to him that i was going to write about this so nobody had to go through what we had to endure.

Diego always comes through with the best deal and his staff is excellent. Very convienient location near the Bethesda Metro.
