Marriott Employees' Federal Credit Union in Bethesda, MD

Every last one of the customer service reps that answer the phone need to go back to TRAINNING on what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY ANY STARS BUT HAD TO.

BEWARE!!!! If you are a marriott employee do not get this credit union!!!! I lost my debit card 16 days ago and still havent received my new debit card. I had to take a loan from a family member to get me through the last 2 weeks.... When I call they say it is on the way!!!! Such BS!!!!! They dont have a physical branch where I live so there is no way for me to use the funds in my account. My car insurance was cancelled due to this and I am late on several bills now....PLEASE DONT USE THIS CREDIT UNION IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE!!!!

Marriot employee as well, opened a checking account, set up direct deposit, after my first deposit hit, I wrote a minimal check for auto ins., unfortunately they put a 5 day hold on my direct deposited funds since I was a new customer???? and bounced the check without informing me, and charged me $70.00. I only found out when the insurance company sent me a cancellation notice. I called them and when they realized the mistake, they apologized for the error but refused to credit me back the $70.00 OD fee. Way to look out for your own people, they stink!!!!! Great way to start a banking relationship with your first transaction an OD fee due to their undisclosed policies and practices.....STAY AWAY!!!

I'm a Marriott Employee, n sad to say, but this is the worse credit union. I'm a member of another CU, and always had outstanding service from them, but when it comes to this Marriott CU, the service is so inferior to the others I'm used to. I don't even know why they are still operating. If you're just doing simple deposits n withdrawal transactions with them it's fine, but any other service; don't even try, take it elsewhere. They're horrible!

I agree this is the worst bank ever. I have been dealing with banks since I was 12. I have never had a Manager and his name was Don. He was condensing and told me. I didn't know how to do something simple ask him to do it. He couldn't they have no IT department. I thought we were in 2017. Come out of the dinosaur ages. I have been hung up on few times. I have had my credit with money in the account and it still declined. I been told if I get a new card. I won't have access to my money. Until new card comes. Really this is unacceptable. I asked to speak with the branch manager Leah. Been told she out of the office today. She only helps people that walk in. I am going to close this bank account as soon as possible. Extremely disappointing as I love the company I work for and thought this would be a great move. I was so wrong in so many way. I also asked for his bosses info and he informed me they come right back to him. So he wouldn't give me an email or name. I am disgusted with the lack of service from the employee all around and not able to do what is simple things on your website.
