They drug our last few debts out over a year when they had all the funds they needed to pay off everything! We finally fired them and handled the debts ourselves. The Credit Karma app gives you the phone numbers to call. They kept saying that they couldn't locate the debts... So annoyed. Don't expect callbacks! Also, we had a small loan that they included with their consolidation. That meant that we stopped paying that loan so Clear One could handle it. They called us months later that the loan company was going to take us to court unless we paid the full amount right then. We were able to do this but most people could not. Save your money and just download the Credit Karma app. Ask for settlements yourself and try to take care of the debts one at a time. Do not use this horrible company!

Thank you ClearOne Advantage for giving me a fresh start not only financial but my life. If I learned anything at all during this journey was being patient with the process to getting to being debt free. When I started the initial process with clear one from day one I was treated just like an ordinary person who just needed some help getting out of a financial jam that I got myself into. I spoke to many different representatives but to me, they were all counselors. when the plan was developed to get me out of debt then it was really up to me to take that leap we all hear about. I took it because I was on a mission to get a home more so I just wanted to be debt free. My calls never went unanswered because there was always a trained professional that was willing to help you solve any issues. The process is not hard it' s just to take some determination and discipline. The road looked very long but when I look back it's what you make out of it if want that road to get shorter towards your goal you have to take that leap. ClearOne Advantage thank you again. Raphael Scott was knowledgeable and patient while I was making a decision to use Clear One Advantage Services. He called me when he said he would, and answered my questions fully. He allowed the time for me to "digest" the information without pressuring me to commit on impulse before I had all my questions answered. Since I signed the agreement yesterday, I have made calls to customer service and I appreciate how I was able to be connected with a customer service rep in under a minute or two - and my questions were answered promptly.
