Talk about lousy customer service. Do not do business with the Central Credit Union Of Maryland. I had a car loan with them a few years ago, and when I closed it out they suggested I keep $100 with them to "remain an active member." I took their advice and left $100 with them. Up till then everything was fine. Fast forward a few years later...I checked on the account today and noticed my balance had dwindled to $0. When I asked the CEO what happened she replied "your account was fee-d out." Fee-d out: In other words, the account policy changed without me knowing, and the fees sucked the money away. CCUMD and their CEO refused to reimburse the $100. Do not do business here. The mere fact they recommended I leave $100 with them....and then took it away and explaining it was "fee-d out"....blows me away.
