Highly satisfied with this branch's customer service. The manager handled every thing I needed within minutes. The whole time both of the women who were helping me were very kind, and polite. Great Bank, Great Branch.

Horrible customer service. I called Camille on a Friday to get a closing statement so I could open an HSA account with my new company. She said she would get back to me before the end of business day. Called every day with no return call until I finally threatened to escalate to a manager. I got a call back from Priscilla (who was great) stating that Camille had already had the statement printed but just decided no to call back. Apparently Camille was just too busy to be bothered with helping out a previous client.
