After more than a month faxing and calling them the loan processing agent Mike emailed me today to that the underwriter denied my refinancing because my 2014 Tax return doesn't show any income, a mistake that occured when I downloaded the file. Income verification is the first step in the process. This should have been caught way before underwriting. They did a poor job and waste my time and money. Now, they want me to start over again to a higher rate. They did terrible job. Will not quote or referred any one to this company again.
