It's difficult to even click the one star, This is by far the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with in my life and am glad all communication has finally been permanently terminated. There is one individual in particular who is not only extremely unintelligent, but also very much a bully (to those that take it from her) and incredibly disingenuous. Nice combo. Those that put up with her BS and bullying (when she's wrong - far too commonly), first goes into parrot mode and repeats herself (sometimes hard to tell if the content out of her mouth or constant repetition of incorrect information she deems fact is worse to deal with),...those people she puts to voicemail and never returns calls, but has others in the office do so for her. That I found comical. A telephone bully tough-girl. Since a case I began is now pending review (with the BBB and other organizations), it does not make sense to go into details or mention her by name... but any that have dealt with this company are likely to know exactly who she is. What a shame... all of the businesses in Post Office Park... In WILBRAHAM in general are usually great; what a shame the employee(s) at this company bring that down and leave such a poor mark on the community.
