Let's just say the Branch manager at this location makes clear and obvious mistakes when taking money from you to exchange for larger bills. Then when you ask to have the drawer counted he states "NO" "I counted the money you gave the teller myself. Let me ask you how does one respond to a No?? Then after you just stand there and say well I just got this money from another bank in an envelope . After much visual prompts that you are staying or calling police . Then the manager counts the drawer. Gives the money to teller then states ok everything "is fixed" . No opoligies until prompted by customer 3 times. I felt like I was in a short scam and being taken advantage of. Next time I'm calling police while I'm there and making sure video is retained. This guy need to go back to school for training or written up and notes put on file. If I hear back from Berkshire Bank Regional Rep I will update this. Until I hear otherwise my statements are fact and recorded as such. I stand by my statements of said facts. Next time I might even record his conversation on my phone seeing how Berkshire Bank is allowed to record me.
