He walks you through everything and does a lot for you, it's amazing how easy he makes buying a home from start to finish, which would otherwise be a lot of leg work you would have to do yourself. Last year my wife and I decided to buy a house. Never having done this before I had questions about how to even begin the process. I looked up mortgage companies and Jeff at Star Mortgage came up and I checked reviews and decided to call him. BEST thing I ever did. After talking with Jeff, and after some research he did, we ended up having to wait till this year to do it. He explained everything so it was easily understandable to us both. During the year he kept in touch, counted down the days with us till we could try again and when it was time had everything ready to go and ONE day back from his vacation submitted everything and had us approved within minutes just as he said. He knows the ins and outs of the mortgage business and then some. ANY question you can think to ask he already has the answer for and is always 3 steps ahead of you. No matter when you email him he replies within minutes. He will and has gone above and beyond anything we could have expected. Our real estate agent has said the same thing as well and had nothing but high praise for Jeff's thoroughness, knowledge and his ability to completely handle anything that comes up normal or otherwise during the process. When we closed, Jeff was there and saw us through right to the last signature. You do not find many people who will go the lengths Jeff does. If you want the best give him a call.

Jeff helped me purchase my first home. I was in the house market for quite some time and the entire time I worked with Jeff, he was very patient with me as I had him work on financing scenarios for multiple places (0ver 50). Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful loan officer. He made the process of purchasing my home extremely easy and was very flexible. He took the time to explain the finer details when asked (which I was definitely in need of haha)! He seemed to be available at all hours of the day (I am pretty sure he answered an email or text I sent at 11pm on multiple occasions -- that is dedication!) Jeff Drew is a pro! Jeff really knows this complex process as well as anyone I've ever worked with and offers great advice and direction with courtesy and respect. We closed on a high-priced transaction from long-distance (out of state) and Jeff tackled the nuances and intricacies of the deal with confidence and ease. I really can't say enough positive about Jeff and Star Mortgage. Jeff set realistic expectations. He under-promised and over-delivered. I truly appreciate the excellent job Jeff did for us.
