Hours are terrible. I've been their customer for years, I've applied for a line of credit and been denied multiple times. They'll deny me a line of credit, but have no problem charging me an arm and a leg for overdraft fees. How convenient is that. I will eventually be leaving this bank, because they offer me nothing special at all. So that's that.
