Ready Credit Used Cars Springfield in Springfield, MA

I wish that I could rate with negative stars, but 1 will have to do. They are absolute crooks here. They continued to withdraw money from my account after I had already traded the car in at another dealership. They gave us the runaround when we confronted them. I will be contacting the BBB about them to file a complaint. TERRIBLE place to deal with. We went to Brattleboro Ford in Brattleboro VT and had an amazing experience and will never shop anywhere else!

My husband and I went into Readycredit in Springfield, Ma with NO expectations. We thought that there was no way we were driving out of there with a newer car. We were WRONG!!! Not only do we now own a 2015 Ford Fusion, a loving every minute of it, we have Peace of Mind. The staff treated us like royality. We can never thank them enough. We also noticed other people looking at cars and they were getting the same class A treatment like we were. Thank you Wendell and the staff. A++!!!!!!!!

I've been looking at Balise Credit Ready for some time but never went in to speak with someone until last week. My sales rep was Khrystal (I hope I spelled this right). I had a budget which I was determined not to go over. I looked at multiple cars but I'm one of those difficult people that don't know what I want or looking for until I see it. Working with Khrystal was a pleasure. She was not pushy. She made sure we were happy throughout the whole process. I finally decided on a car and instantly she started my paperwork. She even delivered the car to me because I was at work and could not make it down there on time. Due to Khrystal and the Balise Credit Ready staff I am now a owner of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with all the bells and whistles and stood within my budget. I see people have had past bad experiences but I can tell you I've walked into Balise Credit Ready lot at least a dozen times before I actually walked into the office and they have always been polite and made sure I didn't need any assistance while looking at cars. I thank the full Balise Ready Credit staff in Springfield for your assistance and a big thank you to Khrystal for all her work on making sure I had exactly what I requested. thanks

The staff was ok. My sales rep is a good guy, a bit slick but i like him. I would not advice anyone to buy any car from here, I bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Camry se and my back up camera is not working and I tried contacting them for almost two weeks left numerous msg and Dave from the service department would not pick up or return my call, I had to find a different alternative to reach to them finally when I did and brought the car down they gonna tell me they can't find what causing the problem and sent me over to the Toyota dealer. When I went over to Toyota they gonna tell me that they can't find the problem and it's the remote start that I put on the car is causing the problem. Mind you the back up camera was not working from I bought the car and Dave from ready credit service department told them that it was working which he lied cause when In bought the car it was not working. They are dishonest and I wouldn't want no one to go through what I am going through

Hello Balise Owner, You thanks every feedback here and on other dealers but how about Ready Credit? The overall score is 2.5. Customers are complaining about the way they get treat it and frankly it seem like you don't care. They way I see it is that people that buy from Ready Credit are less important than people that buy brand new cars from your other dealers. We are customers too you know. Thanks and have a good day!
