So upset lost money with the bank afer they told me my account was frozen and can't be touched till i got home to reset info or what not. What B.S now I'm without cash and negative in my account. SMH I hate banks.

Great people and the best service in the area!!! They tend to keep there employees verse other banks in the area which is refreshing. No regrets!!!

I'm a fan of small local banks in general because of their personalized service. Rockland (and its predecessor Central Bank) deliver in spades. The tellers know you by name and are very customer-focused. The staff are always willing to sit down with you and answer questions/solve problems. The cherry on top is that their web site is also excellent and it makes online banking really simple. You can pay bills, transfer funds and even deposit checks from your mobile phone. All the benefits of a big bank without the hassle and runaround you always get - and a real person answers the phone!
