Rockland Trust in Rockland, MA

as a customer of this bank, i reccomend finding a different bank to use. poor customer service, misinformation, and repeatedly neglecting to send me my statements monthly, even sending statements from 3 months prior for current month. when seeking help from management for these problems, was brushed off and never called back, as told i would be. add that to not collecting interest on my account, and i give it two thumbs down all around. alo the online banking is a giant hassle to sign up for, and cannot be done online.

Tommy im sorry but the other guy is right and I go to the Stoughton location... Here is my stoughton review... There's this one woman Issabelle who has the worst personality and customer service! She tells you one think then the next time tells you something diffrent! My husband and I go there almost every weekend and she gives us a hard time. I forgot my ID once and she rudly looked at me and said "your driving without a licensee with your kids in the car" after I told her I left it at home and I did have one and it was on file! She told me to go home and get it MAY I MIND you she knows me and my husband by name! Customer Service has gone down the drain... We are thinking about leaving!!!!

Free checking and savings. free debit card. Free online banking. Free droid app. Free text number to check yr account activity that way. if you live around rockland they have plenty of atms and banks around. The other guys review is wrong. Never haven't received a single statement. Been there for 5 years now. No complaints. customer Service is great. Don't try to set up any new account online, go to the bank and have them do it, just a lot easier and you don't need any "proof" besides yr ID. Rockland trust is the best, I just wish they were everywhere across the u.s.
