buyer beware...stay away from this company!!! Loan Officer Michael Todd lies, un-accessible and will take your money without any regard. Lied about pre approval, lied about loan commitment, missed our deadlines due to his incompetence. We had commitment from another lender but his lies made us go with him and caused us to miss our deadlines, thus losing the home of our dreams...(and appraisal fee which he lied about the amount as well) STAY AWAY GO WITH A BIGGER BANK WELLS FARGO, ROCKLAND TRUST,HARBORONE ETC
