Berkshire Bank ATM in Pittsfield, MA

terrible experience with this awful bank. I had an auto loan with them and they refused to give a payoff to the auto dealership I bought a car from no matter what we tried. Everytime I tried to call i got a voicemail. I tried every number listed and nobody answered or returned my calls. I feel like these frauds could care less about their customers. When I did get somebody in customer service they had this awful fake niceness to them but literally didn't want to help in anyway. rediculas! "You've reached our loan servicing center, please leave a message" they sucK!

HORRIBLE!!!! do not get a loan from this Bank. I read the last review and I couldn't agree more. You can never get through to the loan department just an voicemail saying leave a message. All I wanted to do was make a payment, tried online banking and it rejected my request 3 times. Not that it matters because when I did get it working it only lets you make a payment online if you have a checking or savings account with them. I called customer service and they said they couldn't accept payment and would transfer me to the loan department....Hello voicemail again. Berkshire Bank it is 2013 most people do banking online these days you know every since that fancy INTERNET doodad came out. I am sure it is a great local bank with walk in appeal but no good for loans if you don't live within driving distance.
